An annoying jutsu made in in the hidden mist village, the ninja just preforms the hand seals and pulls their hand to their mouth. Spitting out a thin spray, it will cause a brief light drizzle to fall on the battle field. Anyone aside from the user caught in the drizzle will suffer from a brief dizzy spell.
