This rather simple technique belongs to the most effective and safest spying techniques. By performing the the necessary handseal, the user is able to turn a little heap of sand into an object that resembles a human eyeball. The ‘eye’ will be created next to the user [within a 5 meter radius] but it can be left alone after its creation. While being able to float in midair and turn around its own axes, the third eye isn’t able to move. While being active, this third eye will feed visual information back to the user, who has to concentrate on the connection. The user is only able to control one Third Eye at a time, due to the fact that the brain wouldn’t be able to compregend the mass of visual information and therefore overloard immediately. Creating a new, second Third Eye would immediately destroy the first. Even though the user is linked to the eye’s field of vision, he doesn’t take any harm if the eye is destroyed, which doesn’t take more than a simple hit.
